Our policy for selling HVAC parts.
By ordering you agree to the following terms.
1.Terms: Prompt 24 hour shipment of most all parts, 5 days a week. If we can't ship a part in 48
hours of receiving payment, we will notify you. By ordering you agree to the policies and terms spelled out
below.
2. Shipping: Smaller items are generally shipped Priority Mail for delivery in 2-3 days. Larger or
more expensive items are generally shipped UPS ground. Overnight service available for an extra charge through
USPS, UPS or via your FedEx account number. Call us at 605-229-2627 if you wish your order be sent overnight
as our shopping cart is unable to compute overnight charges. Items shipped to you are automatically insured
by us against loss or damage. Parts can also be picked up at our store at 1205 6th Ave SW #1, Aberdeen,
SD.
3. Special Orders: Parts not listed online may be in stock at our store or in our warehouses. If
not in stock, most available parts can be special-ordered with delivery in 1-2 weeks. Special orders must be
prepaid and are non-refundable.
4. Return Policy: No return on any installed part. For defective parts, see #7. If you have received
a part and it's obvious without installing it that it won't fit, you may return it for a refund after
contacting us. If you return an
unused part without first contacting us, you may be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Package well before
shipping. Shipping charges for both directions are NOT refundable. Items lost or damaged in shipping to us
are not refundable so please insure.
5. Who We Sell To: We sell parts to the general public but all parts must be installed by a
certified technician. We reserve the right to not sell parts to any person who we deem at our sole digression
a safety risk. Our parts specialists will
assist you in finding the right
part, but the ultimate decision to buy is yours.
6. Out of Stock: We offer the full line of both Coleman, Nordyne/Intertherm and Goodman parts. We
also offer a line of generic/common parts and can obtain most any other part for most brands. Over time we
will be adding more lines of parts. We strive hard to stock everything we sell and have a network of back-up
suppliers to get you your part fast (usually in 1-2 days) when we are out of stock.
7. Warranty: All parts are warranted for 1 year (unless otherwise noted) against defects as
indicated by the date of the shipping invoice. Improper installation will void all warranties by us and the
manufacturer. We will not refund monies for defective parts, only replace them. We will not reimburse for
labor or any other costs to replace the defective part. If you have received a defective part, first
contact us and we
will immediately send you a replacement part along with a warranty paper. For us to send you a replacement
part, we will need a credit card number from you. If you bought the part through our online shopping cart
(PayPal), we will still need a credit card number as we don't have access to credit card numbers submitted
through PayPal. Both the warranty paper and defective part must be returned to us within 5 days or you will
be charged for the part. Many times we may complete the warranty paper over the phone and all you need to
do is return the defective part within 5 days. We do not provide a warranty service for new units or parts
NOT SOLD by us. No other warranties are made or implied.
8. Part Numbers: All manufacturer numbers listed on the website are Coleman, Nordyne or Goodman part
numbers and you should reference the part numbers listed in your owners manual or on the part itself. If the
part number has changed, we can help you cross-reference it. Just
contact us. Some parts do become
obsolete and we may assist you in finding a substitute generic/common part if such is available. Do realize
that on some older units, parts are phased out and your only option for repair may be to replace the unit.
9. International Orders Most international orders are sent via the postal service. We will send
your parts Global Priority Mail for a minimum surcharge of $10. Otherwise smaller parts will be sent the
cheapest way possible. Global Priority Mail 'should' arrive in 5-7 days but not guaranteed. Regular shipping
could take up to 30 days. Extra postage charges may apply on heavier parts and you will be contacted if so.
We are unable to track international orders and will not file any claims with the post office until the 30
days are up. All charges for duties, custom & brokerage fees are your responsibility and are not
included in the shipping fees we charge you. Be aware of these fees before ordering because if you order and
refuse a package on the basis of these fees, these non-reversable fees will be deducted from the amount of
your refund upon return of the item(s). Please note that the post office charges no brokerage fees, but
brokerage fees for other carriers can run $50 or more in addition to any duties and custom charges.
10. Liability: We are not liable for any damages or harm that may come from a correctly or incorrectly
installed part. Follow all manufacturer instructions and safety procedures. All parts are to be installed by
a licensed insured certified technician. We are not responsible for misdiagnosed problems, even if we offered
some help in trying to diagnose the problem. We are also not responsible for any misinterpretated wiring and
parts diagrams, even if we offered some help in trying to interpret them. All final diagnosis and
interpretations are decided by you or your technician.
11. Payment: All parts must be paid before they can be shipped. No COD's. Parts paid by check or
e-check may be held until the bank makes the funds available (3-7 days).
